Keloids: The treatment you propose will do little to impact Keloidal scarring. These scars are a build-up of dense collagen in the dermis and little effected by the kind of exfoliative surface treatment for a wart, which is an epidermal process. A good plastic surgeon may be able to help guide you on better options, surgical or medical.
