Yes and no: I am very sorry that you are in this situation and that your acne wasn't managed as it should have been. A dermatologist can treat each keloid but it will not be easy or pleasant and the results will be so-so.

Stepwise approach: Avoidance of injury, pressure, massage, silicone gel sheeting, steroid injections, 5fu (fluorouracil) injections, surgery and/or radiation therapy are used in the management of keloids (roughly in that lprogression). Laser therapy is controversial.
