I had a routine colonoscopy done yesterday all the results said normal mucosa in all areas but it said i have an extrinsic compression at cecum what ?

Ask your doctor to e: Your doctor should explain it to you. it implies that there may be a growth?tumor in this area which is compressing the cecum. If you have any local symptoms like pain or swelling in the right lower abdomen, you may need a CT scan to look for any extrinsic mass in this area.
