Not to worry: Means there was some swelling around the appendix. Your doctor is probably looking for evidence of past inflammation. Not to worry

Inflammation: typically this would mean that the area around your appendix looked inflamed at your colonoscopy, and they took biopsies. are the biopsies back yet? did you have appendicitis recently? most of the time, this is fairly nonspecific and does not require followup.
