Cause: Before applying treatment the cause of your pain has to be determined. It may be bruxism, infection, parafunctional habits, joint dyscrasia, etc. Please see your Dentist. Referral to an Oro-facial Pain Expert may be in order. Oracle is for superficial gum lesions, so probably not the treatment of choice for your problem.

Why suffer ?: You've got tremendous pain. Orajel is not going to treat your condition. Please see a local dentist and physician for a sorely needed exam.
