Do u hav lymphnodes along the carotid artery? i feel bumps along the artery but maybe its above? i have maybe enlarged them by force of trauma?

Yes: The cervical chain consists of lymph nodes in the neck. For all intents and purposes, you will not be able to distinguish their location from where your carotid artery is. Trauma doesn't enlarge them. Infection and neoplasia does.
