As breast cancer and prostate cancer can be screened by mammogramme and Blood PSA level respectively, there is no screening test for mouth, throat or anal cancer. However; examination and some questions in general physical work up can be suggestive of additional tests to rule out these cancers. If, you are concerned please see your doctor for physical check up.

Remote chance. Rish of oral or throat cancer markedly increased by heavy smoking, drinking and HPV infection. Live and eat healthy, no heavy smoking/drinking and you should be fine.
