What to do with lymphnodes that are movable, feeling soft and are 1cm. they are symmetrical and in the posterior cervical area. thats why i'm concernd?

Lymph nodes on neck: May be from sinus infection, , throat infection, ear infection, sometimes mononucleosis ( but anterior lypmph nodes are large then too), These are the most liklely since you are young , kids always have lymph nodes swollen . Rarely cat scratch fever ( that is rare) rarely lymphoma. if does not resolve in 4 weeks needs biopsy f/u with doc/ urgent care
