Maybe be ok: A few questions....is it tender? How long has it been there? Is firm or freely moveable under the skin? Having this type lymph node is common and often results after a scalp, thought of ear infection. They can last months to years . If it's a single, non-tender node which is freely mobile and does not grow it is probably ok. As your to doc to look at it on your next visit to be sure.
