I have some shotty lymph nodes in the low neck area, about 4/5 cm above my collar bone they are symmetrical. they are about 1cm. must i worry?

Lymphnodes : Please get evaluated by a practitioner. If there is concern that these are getting larger then you need a lymph node biopsy to further work this up.
