Yes, but...: Sores in your nose can make your neck lymph nodes enlarged. But the lymph nodes above your collarbone are less likely to be enlarged from sores in your nose. These lymph nodes can be enlarged from something going on in your lungs, chest wall, thyroid, or mouth. Cancer of the lymph nodes (lymphoma) makes them rubbery and swollen but not painful. If these don't get better soon, see a doctor!
