Need clinical exam: to see what is your problem and treat you . Usually not possible to poke a hole with out bleeding , See your doctor you may have infected tonsil , will treat you and get assurance

I have tonsil stones and was extracting them and noticed two white patches behind each tonsil on each side of mouth. Almost at the bottom of the palate-pharyngeal arch. Is this just more tonsil stones? No pain/Soreness. Just looks the same both side?
My Palatopharyngeal Arch touches uvula on one side and I feel like food is stuck in mouth and nose. It doesn't always feel like the 'food' is in the same place. Could this cause this feeling and should be concerned. This has been for about 5 weeks?
