Depends on cause: Botox causes muscle laxity and this correct some age facial droop and sagging. See a verified Botox doctor and see there plan for your exact condition.

Botox: It helps lift some areas, but it won't be a long term solution. If you have excessive skin laxity and wrinkles around the face, then a facelift might be the right solution.

Not usually: Usually sagging in the face is due to volume loss and is better treated with fillers or fat transfer or collagen stimulators (lasers, sculptra). Botox is used to help relax the muscles of facial expression to improve wrinkles that happen when you frown or smile.
