Help can botox get rid of wrinkles already present on your face?

Possibly: Wrinkles that remain even when the muscle is relaxed are static. When you contract a muscle you create folds in the skin Botox will prevent this type of fold. That said after several courses of Botox your body will attempt to soften those static lines so in time Botox will likely make these better or softer. Sometimes other measures like fillers skin tightening etc can augment this effect.

Yes: That is what botox cosmetic is for. It is used to reduce or completely remove the appearance of wrinkles on the face by relaxing the underlying muscles. Note that botox only lasts for 3-4 months, so in order to keep up the effect indefinitely, you will need repeat treatments this often.
