Possibly: Wrinkles that remain even when the muscle is relaxed are static. When you contract a muscle you create folds in the skin Botox will prevent this type of fold. That said after several courses of Botox your body will attempt to soften those static lines so in time Botox will likely make these better or softer. Sometimes other measures like fillers skin tightening etc can augment this effect.
