Mild but: So what ? You get treated and if needbe he gets treated as well. If he gets sick it should not be the end of the world. If he truly cares about you this will not stop him

Fairly high: If he has symptoms of sore throat, fever, swollen lymph nodes, he should see his doctor. Often our bodies will fight off the illness without showing symptoms. I wish you well.
