Strep throat: It depends where she was kissed. Chances are she will not get strep.

Depends: This would vary with the site of the kiss, and timing. If she was already 24 hrs into treatment, she would not be considered contageous.If it occurred before symptoms, she may or may not have been contageous.I would just monitor the situation at home & go in if she develops fever soon.
