Awareness: A chronic daily headache pattern is most commonly associated with an attempt to self-treat by analgesic medications, especially Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID's. Stopping these could assist, on its own. A cup of coffee may make you feel a bit better temporarily. Exercise, and relaxation may benefit in the end.
