Snores : snoring is not a cause for headache but possibly one of the symptoms for sleep apnea which is made worse by obesity and possibly your medications. The valium is definitely potentially making things worse.

Comments: From your description, I would ponder a sleep disorder, and the snoring might be a sign of sleep apnea. Perhaps the headache is due to neck, TMJ, or dental isssues, even nocturnal bruxism, and this needs to be sorted out. See your regular physician and discuss whether a sleep study is indicated, but also, see your dentist regarding any contribution in this regard.

Sleep Apnea: This might be a case of Sleep Apnea. It also can be side effects from one or a combo of the medications you take. Perhaps a good sleep eval along w/ a review of the psych/pain meds will help. Some may not be helping in the presence of others. Find a Sleep Specialist - best wishes!
