Most likely not: mass in the armpit for a five years most likely is a benign lipoma. you can have a physician have it removed if it is bothering you so much. it could be extra mammary gland, if you noticed that it will get bigger and noticeable only while you are pregnant. your doctor can assure you or treat you.
