Lump on my back, dr said it's lipoma & size of golf ball. had ct scan, now size of fist no lesions, but is growing, i'm afraid it's cancer. hurts too?

Remove it: Certainly a symptomatic lipoma (benign fatty tumor) should be removed. It could also be an inclusion cyst/sebaceous cyst. Ask your doctor to refer you to a surgeon for planned removal. Good luck.

Not cancer: Lipoma enlarges but doesn't metastasize or kill you. Get it removed ASAP to minimize the scar and get a better cosmetic result. Consult a Gen. surgeon or Plastic surgeon
