Do lipomas under armpit have anything to do with maybe having a higher risk for breast cancer?

Not to my knowledge: I am not aware of any condition of an increased incidence of breast cancer and axillary lipomas.

No: Lipomas are not associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. Established reasons of increased risk of breast cancer are : (1) in immediate family member (mother, sister, daughter) or (2) positive brca-1 or brca-2 gene.
