Need more detail: Hi, I think part of you message may have been deleted there. It can be difficult to know the cause of a headache, but some important details are location: back of head, behind eye, temples, front etc. Timing: constant, intermittent, Duration: lasts a few minutes or hours/days, Quality: sharp, pounding, or pressure. Does anything make it better or worse. Does it radiate elsewhere? Other symptoms?
