Don't you believe it: What makes you doubt that it's anxiety? If the doctor examined you and/or did tests and found no problems w/ your physical condition - that's good. If there are no circulation issues or congestion in your ears, sinuses, etc. anxiety is a usual suspect. Learning proper breathing patterns - avoid shallow breathing by FULL (blow out) exhales and complete inhales may help. Consider CBT therapy - best!
