Big Head: If you mean you have a big size head, than you donot have to be concerned as long you went through your childhood, finished school and has done well if it was not considered abnormal in childhood than there is no problem in childhood big head is caused by enlarged brain(megalocephaly)hydrocephalus, hyperostosis.These get diagnosed in early infancy but most adult big heads are normal without problems.
