Why does it feel like my head is rushing?

Head feeling odd?: Please send another question to healthtap, with some details to describe your discomfort. Do you mean that you feel too much blood going to your head, or do you feel light-headed as if not enough blood is getting up there (may occur with a bit of dizziness and the vision graying out and then coming back)? New illnesses with fevers often cause such head sensations. Send us another question! thanks.

Rushing?: Rushing is a description that is non-specific and, frankly, vague. We can take a stab at the cause if you give us a little more of a clue. By rushing, do you mean: dizzy? Painful? Memory impaired? Confused? Having difficulty concentrating? Can't sleep? Spinning? Vision's blurred? Can't swallow? Can't speak? Can't think of the right words? Hearing noise? Hearing voices?.....See what i mean?
