I developed two small lumps behind my right ear and now i have a huge lump in my right earlobe. i've had these lumps for a week, how can i get ride of them and what are the likely causes?

Possibly cysts: These sound like small benign cysts known as epidermal inclusion cysts. They are quite common in this area. The only way to remove is to have your doctor do a simple procedure to drain them. Sometimes they will open on their own but if you wanted not to wait you should see your doc or possibly a dermatologist. Bumps behind the ear can also be lymph nodes. Also please don't squeeze them.

Backwards approach: Sorry, not trying to be rude but we really need to figure out cause before discussing treatment. You didn't mention pain which would help in determining if infection or not. Lumps behind ear could be post-auricular lymph nodes. Or sebaceous glands. Or abscess (pus pocket). Lump on ear could be infection or response to trauma. Best to go see your Family Doc, Dermatologist or ENT for evaluation.
