Small hard lump under right ear behind lower jaw. have had it for at least 5 years now. what could cause this and what affordable ways could treat it?

Many things: It could be a cyst, tumor, swollen lymph node, etc. Get a referral from your dr. For this to be biopsied, and removed properly. The fact it's been there for 5 yr leads me to believe it is not too serious, but get it removed.
