Neck pain: You cannot basically "get rid of stiff neck pain." stiff neck pain is typically associated with arthritis and degenerative spine disease. Taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication can alleviate neck pain. Avoiding heavy lifting or strenuous physical/work activities are also important in preventing neck injury.
