If you have a arthritic shoulder can the pain and stiffness go from the neck to the wrist?

Shoulder pain: Pain radiating upto the wrist might be because of a pinched nerve in the neck. The muscle spasms sometimes leads one to believe it comes from the shoulder but it may be an arthritic spine in the neck radiating to the shoulder.
