Not HIV: Dry throat isn't an HIV symptom. More important, the HIV tests always overrule symptoms. With negative results 2 or more months after the last possible exposure, you can be sure HIV isn't the cause of your dry throat or any other symptoms you have. See a doctor if you remain concerned.
