Joint pain and STD: As you have been concerned about HIV I would suggest that you get tested for sexually transmitted diseases as multiple joints may be affected. In the meantime you can take Tylenol and use heat or cold that gives you relief. please take medication for high blood pressure regularly. Electrolytes should be checked if not already.
