False positives: Are common with elisa tests. That is why the western blot is performed for confirmation. If you are really worried, a more advanced test could be performed. Ask your doctor about your options.

No : If you know they were false positives and have no reason for continued exposure and it has been that long then you can let it rest. If you have had additional exposure since them you might consider retesting.
