Healthy eating: Thank you for your question on principles of healthy eating. Consider the following: [1] Main meal of the day between 10AM and 2PM; avoid late night eating. [2] Include all six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent in each meal. This discourages binges. [3] Eat according to your body type, age and activity level. * Express gratitude for all who made your meal possible.

Fresh food: Keep away form processed foods. Use olive and coconut oils to cook with and dress your salads. A diet rich in veggies and fruits, whole grains and hormone free chicken are great. Fish is an excellent nutrient source. But be careful how much you consume and the type, as fish contains mercury.
