Vaginal bumps itchin: May be herpetic ,can try lysine 500 3 tabs x 3 days then 500 mg q da y x 30s . Can also be fungal, infection, rarely autoimmune, eczema psoriasis. F/U with doc/ urgent care may need treatment .Check for UTI.
