Many causes of: tachycardia, too numerous to list them here. Assuming that you have sinus tachycardia, most common causes are external stimuli (drug side effect, stimulants), hyperthyroidism, or anxiety reaction. But there are many many more possibilities. Get to a doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
