ABNORMAL: You should never be soaking more than a pad/tampon per hour; given the pain that you're in you have a worrisome presentation for someone who's had an incomplete abortion/retained products/placenta. I would go to your local ED/GYN urgently to get an US and see if there's not anything else worrisome in your uterus. You may need another procedure or just observation. Good luck!
