Post tubal syndrome: You should see your gynecologist. Your workup should include a Quantitative BHCG pregnancy test, a CBC for infection and anemia, and a Ultrasound to look for fibroid's, adenomyosis or ovarian cysts. If everything is negative, consider an endometrial ablation to stop the bleeding. You may have post tubal syndrome occurring after some tubal ligation's.
