Watch it closely: keep an eye on it. Likely a simple papule. It may develop a white central piece which would be best treated with some lemon juice, and warm compress. Otherwise likely a bug bite if it itches. Hard to say without any pics also. Can use some over counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or cortisone cream
