Recheck soft spot: Anterior fontanelle (soft spot) should be checked in sitting position. If it's still felt bulged, discuss with her pediatrician.

Fussy? Crying?: Is the baby fussy, crying uncontrollably? Is the baby lethargic and having a hard time staying awake? If none of those things, and the baby seems generally in good spirits, you can keep an eye on her. Happy alert babies are usually well babies. However, mom, it's always best to have her checked if you're worried. If the babies temp is over 102 you should call her doctor.
