See doctor...: It is very dangerous to take someone else's prescription medication, including inhalers. Based on your symptoms, you may be having bronchospasm and you may benefit from a bronchodilator inhaler. But, you could have an entirely different problem which requires a different treatment. See your doctor ASAP so you can be examined and properly treated!
