PRELEUKEMIC: it may be preleukemic. I would suggest a second opinion get copies of all labs and records. Also make sure a bone marrow biopsy and CTscan of chest/and pelvis have been done. If plasmacytes have been identified, a work up for multiple myeloma would also be indicated.
