Sounds irritated : That seems to be alot of ectopic and I would try to seek out the etiology so you can correct the etiology as tolerated. I hope this helps and you feel better soon.

Depends: It depends on your ejection fraction and whether or not you're having unacceptable symptoms. If either is not ok, then the ectopics need to be suppressed. However, if your EF is normal and you're feeling generally ok, then just noting the ectopics on a Holter Monitor has no significance.
