It's all good: Cross fused ectopia is usually a finding that has little clinical significance. Patients can have obstruction of the kidney drainage system. Patients may have hypertension based on artery compression due to the abnormal location of the vessels. No specific recommendations typically are made. I would in general limit nsaids and est a low sodium diet. If you see blood in urine see a doc.
