Had epley for r. side bppv this morning. did twice. 1st time nystagus seen. second time no nystagmus but horrible spinning sitting up. normal?

Epley & bpv: Nystagmus and the sense of spinning are common to bpv, and may be exacerbated by the epley manuever. It may help you to do the exercises more slowly next time. Good luck!
