Question cut off.: There is a 150 character limit for questions, and yours got cut off before it was complete. You can have temporary hearing loss or ringing after a loud noise, that often goes away in a day or too. Repeated loud noises can cause permanent damage (like listening to loud music all the time). Get checked in a week or so if you are no better. Avoid adding to the damage with other loud noises.
