Agree with Dr. He. Go to the nearest emergency department of a hospital. After the acute episode, get counselling to get off meth. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Get medical attention NOW. Once the acute issues are addressed, find a drug rehab program and never use "meth" again. But this is YOUR CHOICE, and will take a lot of focused effort. Hope this can be worked out, as the alternative is disastrous.
