Low carb: A balanced diet of protein with vegetables is imperative to good health, a Paleo diet with nuts and no grain is a healthy diet. avoiding fruit three days a week is not harmful aS long as you get you vitamins and antioxidants. Eating berries in Greek yogurt plain is a good way to get your fruit on those days without raising your glycemic index
