I'm 6ft,79kg,14%bf. lifting days 3/wk, i eat 140g sugar (gatorade, milk & fruit) after workout, of 520g carbs total to grow. should i have concerns?

Workout : If you are trying to gain muscle mass eat more protein and things high in healthy fat not carbohydrates. Carbs before workout and 30 minutes after are ok
