Depends: it depends on whether or not you can drive safely. If you cannot drive safely due to the pain, get a friend to drive you or call 911. Good luck.

Call your physician: I cannot tell for sure if you could have a fracture or other injury. If you can drive go ahead. This could be hip bursitis pain which is felt on the outside of the pelvis hip joint pain is often felt in the groin. Before you go to the ER you need to discuss this with your physician
