Allergy likely cause: It sounds like allergy but why don't you ask the doctor that ordered all these tests what he or she thinks? Did they not recommend a plan of treatment?

Throat: If these spots are at your tonsils and tend to persist you need to consult an ENT surgeon, particularly if they cause symptoms from time to time
